Shipping
- We deliver across all of Pakistan.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day (business days only).
- Delivery takes 2–4 business days for major cities and 4–7 business days for other areas.
- Free delivery available using code FREEDC at checkout.
- A tracking number will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp once dispatched.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Opened or used products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
