Refund Policy
Orders in Pakistan (2–7 Day Shipping)
- Free shipping on orders using code FREEDC or on qualifying orders above a minimum amount.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day (business days only).
- Delivery takes 2–7 business days via our courier partners.
- A tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- Please note: delivery timelines are subject to courier delays outside our control.
Returns Policy
At Whitening Essence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Original tags and receipt/proof of purchase must be included.
- Refunds will not be accepted for products that are damaged, opened, or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Lost Orders
If your order appears lost, please first contact the courier directly using your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us via WhatsApp at +92 300 2959019 and we will assist you.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
